I was contacted by the Health and Welfare Council of Long Island about designing a booklet to commemorate the One Year Anniversary of Hurricane Sandy. The project was a whirlwind, with only 2 weeks go have the 12 page booklet designed and printed not only were we on a tight schedule but a tight budget as well. Being a wholesale printer, I was able to save the HWCLI the high cost of printing so that they were able to get the impact of design that they wanted without a high price tag. Have a look at the results.
Sabrina Gardner and I met at an Nassau County NAPW meeting back in 2011. She is on “A Mission From God” to start the Diabetes Health and Wellness Academy of NYC. She came to me a couple of weeks ago to help her design the school’s logo. Sabrina had the idea in her head of exactly what she wanted it to look like. I put together a couple of options and a day later we had the logo for The Diabetes Health and Wellness Academy of NYC completed.
I design race T’s that I would want to wear. I started running on January 1st 2013, and can’t believe I didn’t want to start sooner. I ran my first 5K in Northport in March 2013 and my first 10K this September as part of the 5000+ runners in the Cow Harbor 10K.
I designed the 2013 Stony Brook University 5K Turkey Trott T-Shirt so that if I ran the race, I’d be a happy runner when I put on that shirt. I think the result was a pretty “hip T”.
When Marketing Made Simple TV was seeking to increase they’re sponsorship they made a pitch to Massachucets based company The HubSpot. Marketing Made Simple Creator and Host Jeff Ogden came to me to develop a Powerpoint Presentation that demanded their attention. The end product was so successful that Jeff Ogden went on to set the powerpoint presentation up to increase sponsorship for his program complete with voice over. Here is the end result… http://www.slideshare.net/jefflogden59/mmstv-rev3
Dr. Corrinne Graham of Graham International Consulting and Research came to me to discuss the 2014 Profitability Conference back in July of 2013. We discussed her plans for the conference along with the venue and speakers she was booking for the event. The first thing we decided to work on was original graphics and layout for the Eventbrite.com page that was going to be the primary source of information and ticket sales.
We followed that up with a Save The Date postcard, Poster, Email Blast and finished with the Event Booklet.
